Volunteer services has been a cornerstone of Anna Jaques Hospital since our founding in 1888. With upwards of 130 volunteers annually, giving over 11 thousand hours of services, our volunteers are at the heart of our community hospital and play an integral part in its success.
No matter your background or level of experience, there’s a volunteer opportunity waiting for you at Anna Jaques Hospital. When you decide to volunteer, you join a team that strives to put their best foot forward each and every day.
Volunteers support our organization across a variety of roles and departments, including:
- Inpatient department support
- Clerical/support services
- Day surgical services
