From route 95, take exit 58 to Route 110 West for 2 miles. Turn right at the lights onto Main Street (Cumberland Farms on the left and Provident Bank on the right). Go two blocks and turn left onto Morrill Place (just past the Amesbury Middle School). At the top of the hill, the Amesbury Health Center and parking lot will be on the left.

From Newburyport follow Route 113 west to Groveland. Cross the Groveland bridge and proceed straight approximately 2 miles toward the river. At the set of lights bear right and follow the river into downtown Haverhill. The clinic is in the DeMoulas Plaza, in the World Gym facility, on Water Street. From the north and west follow Route 495 to the Northern Essex/Route 110 exit. Proceed north on 110 into Haverhill. At monument square take a left at the statue and proceed down the hill. The DeMoulas Plaza is on the left.
