From Points North and South
From Route 495
Take Exit 55, Route 110 East toward Salisbury to Route 95 South. Take Exit 57, Route 113
East. Follow Route 113 toward Newburyport for two miles to Rawson Avenue. Turn right
on Rawson and go to top of hill. The hospital is on your left. Follow parking signs.
From Route 95, North or South
Take Exit 57, Route 113, Newburyport. Follow Route 113 toward Newburyport for two miles to Rawson Avenue. Turn
right onto Rawson Avenue and go to top of hill. The hospital is on your left. Follow
parking signs.

To Amesbury Health Center/Occupational Health Services
From 95:
From route 95, take exit 58 to Route 110 West for 2 miles. Turn right at the lights onto
Main Street (Cumberland Farms on the left and Provident Bank on the right). Go two blocks
and turn left onto Morrill Place (just past the Amesbury Middle School). At the top of the
hill, the Amesbury Health Center and parking lot will be on the left.
From 495:
From Route 495 take exit 54 to the Route 150 Amesbury exit. At the bottom of the ramp,
turn right toward Amesbury. At the traffic light turn right onto 110. Immediately after
the Getty gas station take a left onto Highland Avenue. Go up the hill. Take the first
entrance into Amesbury Health Center.
To AJH Rehabilitation Services - Haverhill
From Newburyport follow Route 113 west to Groveland. Cross the Groveland bridge and proceed
straight approximately 2 miles toward the river. At the set of lights bear right and
follow the river into downtown Haverhill. The clinic is in the DeMoulas Plaza, in the
World Gym facility, on Water Street. From the north and west follow Route 495 to the
Northern Essex/Route 110 exit. Proceed north on 110 into Haverhill. At monument square
take a left at the statue and proceed down the hill. The DeMoulas Plaza is on the left.
To AJH Radiology, Towle Building Newburyport
From Newburyport:
Follow High Street, Route 113, south, toward downtown Newburyport. Turn left onto Oakland
Street. Turn left onto Merrimac Street. End at 260 Merrimac Street, Newburyport
From Points North and South:
Follow I-95 north or south to EXIT 57, Newburyport. From the north turn left off the exit
onto Route 113. From the south turn right off the exit onto Route 113. Follow Storey Avenue
Route113 around slow right curve. Merge onto High Street. Turn left onto Oakland Street.
Turn left onto Merrimac Street. End at 260 Merrimac Street, Newburyport

From Newburyport/Points South:
Follow High Street, Route 113. Merge onto I-95 toward Salisbury/Portsmouth, NH. Take the
Route 110W exit, exit 58B, toward I-495 Amesbury. Merge onto Macy Street, MA Route 110.
Merge onto I-495 S toward Haverhill. Take the Route 110 W exit, exit 52 toward
Haverhill/Bradford. Turn slight right onto Amesbury Road, Route 110. Continue on Route
110. Stay straight, go onto Main Street Route 125. End at 1 Park Way, Haverhill, MA
From Points North, West
Follow Route 110 toward I-495 South. Merge onto I-495S toward Haverhill. Take the Route
110W exit, exit 52 toward Haverhill/Bradford. Turn slight right onto Amesbury Rd, Route
