About Dr. Bogorad

Dr. Bogorad grew up in Brookline, MA, attended Bowdoin College in Maine, and graduated from Tufts Medical School in Boston in 2005. He went on to complete his residency at the prestigious Neurological Institute at Columbia University and an EEG/Epilepsy Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, both in NYC.  

Dr. Bogorad is Board-Certified in Neurology and specializes in the diagnosis and management of conditions related to seizures/epilepsy and various spells. He also treats a variety of general neurological conditions, such as headache (utilizing Botox and nerve blocks when necessary), peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders (e.g. tremors and Parkinson’s disease). 

Dr. Bogorad takes time to listen to his patients to get to the bottom of the problem no matter how common it may be. He enjoys getting to know the patients and their individual needs as he cares for them over time. 

Dr. Bogorad lives in Newburyport and enjoys reading, running, skiing, and exploring the great outdoor opportunities in the area with his wife and three young children.
