About Dr. Tarkan

Dr. Tarkan is a board-certified nephrologist with Pentucket Medical Associates who treats all types of kidney disorders. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his post-graduate training at Boston Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He performed a nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Dr. Tarkan’s practice goes beyond dialysis, treating patients for everything from hypertension, glomerulonephritis, and acute kidney injury to kidney stones. He is on staff at hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and dialysis centers across the Merrimack Valley.
