Our mission is reflected in our awards and accreditations. Here are some of our recent recognitions:
- Anna Jaques Hospital was named a Top General Hospital in 2023 by The Leapfrog Group.
- Ten Anna Jaques physicians and surgeons from six medical specialties affiliated with our hospital were included in Northshore Magazine’s 2023 ‘Top Doctors’ guide.
- Our cancer program received the three-year accreditation from the American College of Surgeons' (ACS) Commission on Cancer for excellence in cancer care delivery in 2022.
- We earned the 2022 Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Breastfeeding Achievement Award for our commitment to improve breastfeeding outcomes.
- We received the New England Donor Services (NEDS) platinum level of recognition in 2023 for our commitment to reporting all donors to NEDS in a timely manner.
Additionally, Anna Jaques Hospital has earned national recognition for its efforts to increase organ, eye and tissue donor registrations across the state through the Workplace Partnership for Life (WPFL) Hospital Organ Donation Campaign.
