About Dr. Kersten
Dr. Kimberly Kersten is an internist at North Shore Internal Medicine in Newburyport. Board certified in internal medicine, she received her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her post-graduate training in internal medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
Dr. Kersten moved to Massachusetts in 1997 when she married and joined the team at Anna Jaques Hospital and North Shore Internal Medicine in 2000. She is a wife and mother of three girls and two rescue dogs. She coaches in the Beverly Girls’ Youth Lacrosse program and pursues her interests in health and fitness, photography, cooking, painting, and spending time with family.
