Plan for Your Stay
You may have lots of questions before a hospital stay or procedure. We can help you plan your care. Learn what to expect before, during and after procedures during an inpatient or same-day visit.

Case Management
An Anna Jaques’ social worker or case manager can help you and your family plan your care and convey your care wishes during your hospital stay. We connect you to resources in the hospital and your community to support you after your hospital visit. You can call Case Management at 978-463-1136.
Billing & Financial Services
Access billing and financial resources to pay your bill or learn about financial aid options. You also can find price transparency and other billing policies.
Medical Records
Access, make changes to or request copies of your medical records.
Patient Portal
Manage your health care online with My AJH Record. The portal is a free, secure online resource that gives you easy access to your health records.
Visiting Hours & Policies
Visiting hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily.
Most patients are allowed two visitors at a time. Learn more about our visiting hours and policies.
Smoke-Free Campus
Anna Jaques Hospital is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and tobacco use of any kind are prohibited on all hospital property, indoors and outdoors. The policy applies to patients, visitors, employees, physicians, contractors and vendors.
Amenities
Dining Options
Please note that hospitalized patients must have physician approval to eat any food other than what is served in their rooms.
We provide nutritious patient meals and several menu options for visitors in our cafeteria. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks, seven days a week.
Gift Shop
The gift shop sells a variety of gift and personal items, as well as fresh flowers. Visit us near the hospital’s main entrance. We are open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Friends and family can Send a Card to a Patient at Anna Jaques to offer well wishes. Volunteers in our Gift Shop will create and deliver the card to the patient room.
