Patient Satisfaction is Important
Like most hospitals, Anna Jaques measures patient satisfaction by asking patients to rate us in anonymous surveys administered by Press Ganey, a national organization that specializes in measuring patient satisfaction. Press Ganey survey results can also be compared to other hospitals that are a similar size and offer similar services. We monitor patient satisfaction scores very carefully and read every single comment shared by our patients on these surveys because they help us continually improve. Our organizational goal is to be at or above the 90th percentile.
We know that one of the most important measures of our success is your satisfaction with the care you receive.
